Auto Dosing System and Monitoring System.

An Auto Dosing & Monitoring System is an advanced industrial automation solution that continuously monitors critical water quality parameters and automatically doses treatment chemicals with high precision. Designed to eliminate manual intervention, the system ensures optimum chemical usage, consistent water quality, improved process efficiency, and enhanced equipment protection across a wide range of industrial water treatment applications. By integrating intelligent sensors, programmable logic controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), smart dosing pumps, flow meters, IoT communication, and cloud-based analytics, the system provides complete automation of chemical dosing operations while enabling real-time monitoring, remote access, alarm management, and historical data analysis.

The system operates by continuously measuring key water quality parameters such as pH, ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential), conductivity, total dissolved solids (TDS), temperature, turbidity, residual chlorine, dissolved oxygen, hardness, silica, flow rate, pressure, tank level, and other application-specific parameters using online analyzers and sensors. The collected data is transmitted to the PLC controller, where predefined control logic and PID algorithms compare actual process values with desired set points. Whenever any parameter deviates from the specified operating range, the controller automatically adjusts the dosing pump output, injecting the exact quantity of treatment chemical required to restore the water chemistry. Once the desired condition is achieved, the dosing process is automatically reduced or stopped, ensuring accurate and efficient chemical consumption without operator intervention.

Smart Water Management for the Future

Industrial water treatment systems often face challenges such as improper chemical dosing, fluctuating water chemistry, scaling, corrosion, fouling, and microbial contamination due to manual monitoring and inconsistent process control. In industries such as power plants, HVAC systems, cooling towers, boilers, RO plants, and wastewater treatment facilities, inaccurate chemical dosing and lack of real-time monitoring can lead to reduced heat transfer efficiency, equipment damage, higher energy consumption, operational instability, and increased maintenance costs. Therefore, advanced Auto Dosing & Monitoring Systems are essential for maintaining precise chemical control, stable water quality, and reliable industrial process performance.

Digitize your complete water and wastewater infrastructure with intelligent automation, advanced monitoring, and connected IoT solutions designed to improve efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and operational control across every utility system.

Problem Statement

Modern industries and commercial facilities consume massive quantities of water, chemicals, power, and manpower to operate water treatment and utility systems. Most plants still rely on manual monitoring, operator dependency, delayed corrective actions, and non-integrated control systems.

This leads to inconsistent chemical dosing, water wastage, excessive bleed-off, poor process visibility, energy inefficiencies, unplanned downtime, and difficulty in maintaining stable water quality across critical systems such as Boilers, Cooling Towers, Chillers, RO Plants, STP, and ETP systems.

In many facilities, utility systems operate independently without centralized monitoring or real-time analytics, making it difficult for management teams to optimize operations, reduce operating costs, or take proactive decisions.
